Founded in Penedès in 2017 by cousins Roc and Leo Gramona, L’Enclos de Peralba is a family-led project from the sixth generation of the Gramona sparkling-wine dynasty. Roc and Leo work as both winemakers and viticulturists, farming their organically certified vineyards—some also managed biodynamically—alongside grapes sourced from regional growers. Their vineyards include argillic soils, calcareous stones, and slate. The estate emphasizes low yields, sustainability, vegan and vegetarian standards, and minimal cellar intervention, producing a range of wines including a limited Pet Nat.
