Isabelle et Pierre Clément is a family-owned estate in Menetou-Salon, Loire Valley, with viticultural roots dating to 1560. Now run by Pierre and Isabelle Clément with their children Anne and Pierre-Alexandre, the domaine farms organically across Kimmeridgian limestone and clay soils in ten communes, planting mainly Sauvignon Blanc alongside Pinot Noir. The family emphasizes biodiversity, careful manual vineyard work, hand harvesting, low-density planting and massal selection from old vines, including Sauvignon planted in 1927. Winemaking combines gentle pressing and indigenous-yeast fermentation with stainless-steel aging, while other cuvées may see lees aging, French oak or foudre. The family also farms the steep, stony, organically managed Clos Saint Martin vineyard in Sancerre.
