Holden Manz is a boutique estate in Franschhoek, South Africa, founded and owned by Gerard Holden and Migo Manz. Its 16 hectares of vineyards are planted exclusively to red varieties, chiefly Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Merlot. Manual harvesting, small-batch fermentations and close attention to grapes and terroir underpin its ultra-premium wines. Sustainability efforts include a 65 kW solar-panel installation. Cellar Master Thierry Haberer and winemaker Emil Kluge lead production. The estate combines winemaking with an art gallery, tasting room, dining, accommodation and other hospitality experiences, including barrel tastings presented by the owners or winemakers.
