Fontessa is a Veneto Prosecco producer crafting 100% Glera DOC Spumante Brut wines from selected parcels northeast of Treviso. Grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed, and slowly fermented in stainless steel, followed by a four-week second fermentation using the Charmat method. The winery emphasizes traditional craftsmanship and honest simplicity, with vegan-friendly production carried out in accordance with DOC standards.
