Domaine Font du Vent is a family-owned Rhône Valley estate founded by the Gonnet family in 1950 and now overseen by Jean and Michel Gonnet with their sons Bertrand and Guillaume. The estate covers approximately 50 hectares, including southeast-facing vineyards in Châteauneuf-du-Pape and a Côtes du Rhône parcel at Domazan. Its vines grow on round pebbles over clay and limestone, with harvesting done by hand. The domaine produces red Grenache wines and a white blend of Grenache Blanc and Clairette. Winemaking emphasizes freshness and acidity, with fermentation and maceration followed by seven months of ageing in stainless-steel and concrete vats.
