Famille Paquet is a family-run estate in Burgundy’s Mâconnais, founded in 1980 by Jocelyne and Michel Paquet and now managed by their sons Camille, Mathieu, and Jean-Baptiste. The domaine farms about 24 hectares of vineyards, including parcels in Saint-Véran, Mâcon-Villages, and Pouilly-Fuissé. Certified organic from the 2021 vintage and practicing biodynamics, the family follows a low-intervention philosophy aimed at achieving “Global Harmony” between nature, vines, and people. Vineyard work is manual and attentive, with hand-harvesting, gravity-flow winemaking, indigenous yeasts, and extended élevage in barrels or amphorae to express each terroir. The wines have garnered recognition from guides such as the Guide Hachette and critics including Wine Enthusiast.
