Domaine Milcent is a family-owned Chablis estate managed by Delphine, Christophe and Alexandre Milcent, with vineyards owned by the family for several generations. The domaine produces exclusively Chablis from parcels in Petit Chablis, Chablis and four Premier Cru appellations, including Beauroy, Fourchaume, Vaillons and Vaucoupin. Its vineyards are farmed under HVE3 certification, using mechanical work, cover crops, organic manure, manual canopy work and reasoned pest control. A modern cellar built in 2017 vinifies the wines in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to preserve freshness and aromatic character. The estate’s holdings include older Premier Cru vines, some exceeding 45 years, and its wines have received recognition in competitions and guides.
