Domaine Mazilly is a three-generation, family-owned Burgundy estate based in Meloisey, in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. The Mazilly family manages every stage from vineyard work through bottling, with Frédéric and Aymeric Mazilly leading the winemaking. Its vineyards are sustainably farmed, with mainly manual work, total plowing and reasoned treatments focused on environmental respect. The domaine’s parcels extend through the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune and appellations including Gevrey-Chambertin, Pommard, Volnay and Meursault. Since 2001, wines have been vinified and aged in the family’s Meursault cellars. Reds are made from Pinot Noir and described as fruity and gourmand, with controlled oak; whites are Chardonnay-based, rich, balanced and structured. Aging takes place in Burgundian oak pièces for 12–18 months.
