Domaine La Mutine is a young, family-run estate in Vézelay, northern Burgundy, founded in 2022 and owned and operated by winemaker Jean-Paul Pando. The domaine is certified organic and farmed pesticide-free, with biodynamic or living-wine principles, hand-picking, and careful grape sorting. In the cellar, Pando follows a low-intervention approach, using indigenous yeasts, limited sulfur, and no filtration to preserve terroir expression. The wines focus on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, alongside a rare planting of Melon de Bourgogne, reflecting an artisanal, site-conscious style.
