Domaine Jean-Michel Guillon

France

Founded in 1980, Domaine Jean-Michel Guillon is a family-run Burgundy estate based in Gevrey-Chambertin and operated by Jean-Michel Guillon and his son Alexis. The domaine has grown from 2.3 hectares to approximately 14–15 hectares across more than 20 appellations, including Grand Cru parcels in Mazis-Chambertin and Clos de Vougeot. Jean-Michel remains head winemaker, while Alexis manages day-to-day activities and contributes to winemaking decisions. The estate produces around 84,000 bottles annually, with a significant proportion exported and 40% sold directly from the domaine. No sustainability certifications are mentioned.
