Domaine du Dragon is a family-owned estate in Draguignan, Provence, run by Lisa and Mir Nezam. Modernized since the 1990s, the domaine achieved organic certification with the 2023 harvest and follows sustainable farming with hand harvesting. In the cellar, Aurelien Fournier leads winemaking with indigenous-yeast fermentations and aging in temperature-controlled tanks. The estate’s identity is closely tied to local Provençal heritage and the legend of the dragon of Draguignan, giving it a strong sense of place. Domaine du Dragon also welcomes visitors for tastings and cellar tours at the property.
