Domaine des Crocs Blancs

France

Domaine des Crocs Blancs is a small, partnership-run estate in Chapareillan, on the foothills of Mont Granier in Savoie’s Abymes area. Owned and operated by Franck Masson, a vigneron since 1987, and Kevin Foucher, the domaine produces mainly white wines under AOP Savoie and IGP Isère, alongside small quantities of Pinot and Mondeuse. Certified organic and practicing biodynamics since 2023, the partners pursue low-impact farming through trials with whole-milk treatments, green manures, natural preparations and animal traction. They oversee both the vineyard and cellar themselves, respecting AOP standards while exploring more creative IGP Isère and Vin de France cuvées. Vinification experiments include Italian, Chinese and Limoges porcelain jars, intended to enhance minerality.
