Crémant de Limoux Brut

Domaine de Tholomies is a historic estate near Carcassonne, in the Minervois La Livinière AOP of Languedoc-Roussillon. Its vineyards are largely certified organic and planted on clay-limestone soils with Syrah, Grenache, Chardonnay and other varieties. The estate has remained under successive long-standing family owners, preserving a traditional ownership model. Oenologist Marie Toussaint oversees the winemaking, guiding production across its diverse portfolio.
