Domaine de la Sarazinière

France

Domaine de la Sarazinière is a family-run estate in Burgundy, based around Bussières, Serrières and Fuissé, founded in the 1920s by Claude Seigneuret and now led by Philippe and Guillaume Trébignaud, representing the third and fourth generations. Certified organic, the domaine works with a low-intervention, living-soils approach, avoiding pesticides and herbicides, with careful vineyard work and hand harvesting. In the cellar, Philippe and Guillaume favor parcel-specific vinifications, native-yeast fermentations, no fining, light filtration, and restrained sulfur use. The wines are made with an emphasis on purity, drinkability, digestibility, and clear expression of terroir.
