Sancerre

Domaine Cédric Bardin is based in the heart of Pouilly-sur-Loire in the Loire Valley, with vineyards on both banks of the Loire. The domaine controls its work from vineyard to wine sales and has spent around fifteen years seeking a rational approach that respects terroir and the environment, combining modern techniques with knowledge passed down through previous generations. Vineyard work is carried out carefully throughout the season, including bud removal and canopy management ahead of harvest. The producer has also received a silver medal at the Concours Général Agricole.
