Delsignore is a family-owned estate in Gattinara, Piedmont, described as embodying the spirit of Alto Piemonte. Managed by Stefano Dorelli, it resumed production of Gattinara wines in 2009 from the family property. The vineyards lie on the hills of Gattinara across historic sites including Lurghe, Permolone, Palo di Ferro, Valferana, Villetto, and Piantesio. Farming follows integrated production methods with manual vineyard work and bunch thinning. In the cellar, fermentations take place in stainless steel with selected yeasts, while red wines undergo malolactic fermentation in steel before aging in oak barrels of different sizes. The range includes Gattinara DOCG, including Riserva, as well as Coste della Sesia wines and a rosé Metodo Classico spumante.
