Duc de Foix Cava Brut

Founded in the early 1960s by Penedès winegrowers, Covides is a member-owned cooperative producing wines and Cava from vineyards on calcareous river-deposit soils. Its growers manage parcels across the Penedès, with organic and minimal-intervention practices, pheromone-based pest control, soil-care initiatives and an ISO 14001 environmental management system. Covides combines traditional cooperative values with modern cellar technology, while selected ranges such as Mas Llinda and Terra Terrae emphasize careful artisanal enology and respect for terroir. The cooperative controls production from vineyard to bottle and maintains three wineries in the heart of the Penedès, producing a broad portfolio that includes organic wines, Cava and olive oil.
