Rouge Intense

Côté Mas is produced by the family-owned Domaines Paul Mas in Languedoc-Roussillon, drawing on long-term contracted vineyards across the region. These vineyards follow sustainable viticulture, with no listed organic or biodynamic certification. Jean-Claude Mas, who took over the property in 2000 and was mentored by Giorgio Grai, leads the blending of 45 grape varieties. The estate remains family-controlled, with succession planned for his four daughters.
