Claire et Florent Béjon is a small, family-owned Loire Valley winery founded by the couple in the early 2000s. They farm old vines, mainly Cabernet Franc, in Restigné, Benais and Saint-Germain-sur-Vienne, working entirely by hand according to organic and biodynamic principles. The vineyards are managed without herbicides or pesticides, with ECOCERT organic certification noted in the sources. Claire and Florent are both the owners and winemakers, producing limited-quantity, low-intervention natural wines through spontaneous fermentation, without additives, fining, filtration or added sulfites.
