Château Saint Nabor

France

Château Saint Nabor is an independent, family-owned estate in Cornillon, in the Rhône Valley’s Cèze valley, run by the sixth generation of the Castor family. Gérard, Jérémie and Raphaël Castor work the vineyards, produce their own grapes and make the wines on site, supported by a small permanent team. Farming follows certified sustainable, largely organic Agriculture Raisonnée practices, with minimal chemical use and a focus on strengthening the vines’ natural defenses. The estate combines respect for tradition with modern technology, including controlled vinification and regular analysis through to bottling. Its wines include red, rosé and white styles, intended to express the character of individual parcels. Tastings take place in an historic 11th-century cloister, reflecting the estate’s long connection with the Cèze valley.
