Founded in Mendoza in 2009, Cepas is owned and led by Brennan Firth, who serves as head winemaker. Working on an extremely limited scale, the winery follows a sustainable, low-intervention approach: grapes are hand harvested and sourced from sustainable farms, then fermented with indigenous yeasts without enzyme additions. Firth’s hands-on direction shapes the wines’ minimalist style and maintains consistency across the brand.
