Domaine Bachelet-Monnot is a family-owned Burgundy estate in Dezize-lès-Maranges, founded in 2005 and run by brothers Marc and Alexandre Bachelet. The domaine works parcels across Maranges, Santenay, Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Bâtard-Montrachet, producing both white and red wines, including small-batch bottlings from prestigious sites. Viticulture is described as organic and highly hands-on, with no herbicides, hand harvesting and encouragement of deep-rooted vines; formal certification is not consistently specified. In the cellar, the brothers oversee natural, low-intervention winemaking using indigenous yeasts, long pressings and barrel ageing, with restrained new-oak use. Their work continues the family legacy of Jean-François Bachelet.
