B. Fleuriet et Fils is a family-run estate in the Loire Valley, now managed by brothers Benoît and Mathieu, who succeeded their parents. The vineyard spans about 30 hectares across the Sancerre and Menetou-Salon appellations, with approximately thirty plots on typical Sancerre terroirs. Certified organic since 2016, the estate also follows biodynamic practices. Winemaking emphasizes minimal intervention: indigenous yeasts, no additives, and no added sulfites, except for a very light addition at the first racking. They produce both white and red cuvées without any sulfites. The cellar is designed for gravity-flow work, using concrete, wood, and terracotta amphorae for micro-oxygenation during vinification.
