Zorra Rosé

Weingut Anita & Hans Nittnaus is a family-run estate in Gols, Burgenland, founded by Anita and Hans Nittnaus and now run by the next generation, Andreas and Martin Nittnaus, together with cousin Lydia. Hans leads the winemaking and vineyard work, while Anita oversees finance, administration, the tasting room and direct sales. The winery focuses on red wines, including Blaufränkisch and other indigenous varieties. Its entire range has been certified organic since 2006 by AT-BIO-402 (Lacon), and all wines are vegan, made without animal-based additives or processing aids. Notes also describe the estate as biodynamic or in transition toward biodynamic farming, with an emphasis on expressing its soils and philosophy.
