Crémant de Bourgogne Cuvée Prestige

Founded in 1945 in Rully, Burgundy, Albert Sounit produces Crémant de Bourgogne alongside premium still wines. The estate farms its own vineyards and supplements them with purchased grapes. Danish-owned since 1993, the winery came under the majority control of Søren Nørbjerg and other Danish investors in 2022, while Albert Sounit remains its historic founding winemaker. The property is expanding its cellar facilities and is working toward organic certification, although no certification is currently reported.
