Claro Valley explores northern Maule through river-shaped vineyard country and the red-fruited heritage of País.
País.
Red berries, floral notes and earthy detail with a fresh, lightly grippy finish.
Valle del Claro is one of Maule’s wine zones. Its name should not be confused with Río Claro commune, which belongs to the Curicó wine subregion. The zone includes varied inland and western sites rather than one uniform riverbank vineyard. Growers in its constituent areas participate in the País revival, offering a useful route into the local heritage alongside other grapes and styles.
