Bucelas is an inviting home for Arinto, with bright whites and a separate sparkling-wine tradition.
Citrus and orchard-fruit notes with lively acidity; maturation can add depth and a more rounded texture.
A bright sparkling expression with citrus freshness and, depending on ageing, subtle bread or nut notes.
Bucelas focuses on white wine, with Arinto at its heart. Its naturally lively acidity makes the grape rewarding both in fresh bottles and after some ageing. Sparkling Bucelas provides another way to explore that freshness. Compare the stated wine type and producer’s maturation choices rather than treating every Arinto from the wider Lisboa region as Bucelas.
