Frusinate introduces a flexible wine origin across Lazio’s Frosinone province.
Passerina or Maturano named-variety wines require at least 85% of the named grape.
Two locally rooted white types highlighted by ARSIAL; the exact grape and producer distinguish each bottle.
Examples of explicitly permitted named red varieties; not a compulsory blend.
Red and rosé wines range across local and international grapes.
At least 85% Cesanese Comune and/or Cesanese di Affile.
A separately specified dried-grape red expression.
Frusinate and del Frusinate are alternative names for the same IGT. The designation accommodates whites, reds, rosés and other specified types, allowing local and international grape choices. Passerina is one inviting white-wine route. The broader provincial origin is distinct from the smaller Cesanese denominations and Atina DOC; the full label explains each wine’s more precise identity.
