Arruda is a small hillside origin with supple reds and aromatic whites close to Lisbon.
Arruda’s wines come from a delimited hillside landscape, rather than the whole area suggested by a nearby town name. The origin includes reds and whites made from several permitted varieties. The official description highlights softness in the reds and a fresh edge in the whites. Grape, vintage and maturation provide the next clues when choosing a bottle from this compact Lisboa denomination.
