Turbiana
Turbiana whites from the clay soils beside southern Lake Garda.
Citrus, pear and flowers with a textured, dry finish; mature examples can gain savoury and nutty depth.
Fresh citrus and orchard fruit with lively bubbles.
Riper orchard fruit and honeyed notes with a fresh backbone; sweetness varies by bottling.
Turbiana, also called Trebbiano di Lugana, gives the wines their identity. Superiore, Riserva, late-harvest and sparkling versions broaden the exploration.
