Fragrant grape and blossom notes; check whether the wine is dry or sweet.
Gran Canaria DO covers the island and brings together the former Gran Canaria and Monte Lentiscal denominations. Listán Negro is an important red grape, with Moscatel de Alejandría among the whites. Small plots and varied exposures create different growing conditions. The protected island name does not promise one grape, one altitude or a smoky flavour.
