The Nahe’s VDP estates offer a site-focused Riesling journey through one of Germany’s most varied vineyard landscapes.
Citrus, apple and stone fruit with a dry palate and lively acidity.
Ripe peach, citrus and floral notes with sweetness balanced by bright acidity.
Nahe VDP describes the growers’ association’s regional presence, not an additional legal appellation. Its origin hierarchy helps distinguish estate, village and classified-vineyard wines. Riesling is an inviting starting point, from dry wines to sweet expressions, while the wider Nahe contains other grapes too. Geological variety is a regional feature rather than proof that a soil flavour transfers directly into wine. Read the actual vineyard, sweetness and producer to explore a more specific expression.
