Mauzac-led bubbles with a local character all their own.
Mauzac leads; Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc can join the blend.
Apple and white flowers with fine bubbles and a little savoury depth from time in bottle.
Blanquette de Limoux uses the traditional method and puts Mauzac at the centre of the blend. Crémant de Limoux leans towards Chardonnay and Chenin; the ancestral style follows a different fermentation path.
