Saint-Mont celebrates the grape heritage of the Pyrenean foothills, with Tannat-led reds and distinctive dry whites.
Tannat, Cabernet Franc, Fer Servadou.
Dark berries, spice and herbs with freshness and firm, dry tannins.
Gros Manseng, Petit Courbu, Arrufiac.
Citrus, orchard fruit and herbal notes with bright acidity and a textured finish.
Saint-Mont AOP offers red, rosé and dry white wines from a landscape with a strong local-grape conservation story. Tannat is important in the reds, while Gros Manseng, Petit Courbu and Arrufiac introduce the white side. Different soils and exposures provide further variety between vineyard areas. Explore both colours to appreciate the appellation’s range, and use the producer’s blend to discover how lesser-known grapes contribute.
