One of Anjou’s great sweet Chenins, grown on steep Layon slopes.
Chenin Blanc.
Honey, quince, apricot and candied fruit with a long, lively finish.
Noble rot and repeated selective picking concentrate the grapes. Chenin’s natural acidity balances the wines’ rich sweetness.
