Gamay
Gamay with depth, orchard-fruit character and a reputation for ageing well.
Ripe cherry and plum with savoury detail and firm structure. Mature bottles can gain earthy complexity.
Morgon’s named vineyard places can give different expressions. Côte du Py is a useful starting point for exploring the cru’s more structured wines, while other sites offer their own accents.
