Klöch is a distinctive Styrian place to explore fragrant Traminer and Sauvignon Blanc.
Klöch is a delimited Ortswein area within Vulkanland Steiermark DAC. Traminer is a local speciality alongside Sauvignon Blanc, with volcanic soils an important part of the landscape. Read the sweetness information carefully: aromatic intensity does not by itself tell you whether a Traminer is dry. The grape, vineyard and producer make this a rewarding comparison with other Styrian village wines.
