Offida brings three distinctive Marche wine routes together: Pecorino white, Passerina white and a Montepulciano-led red.
Citrus, orchard fruit and herbal notes with freshness and a textured, dry finish.
Apple, citrus and flowers with a fresh, dry palate.
Montepulciano leads; permitted supporting red grapes vary.
Dark cherry, plum and spice with a dry palate and firm tannins.
Offida DOCG identifies separate wine types rather than one blend shared by every bottle. Pecorino and Passerina each give a white expression, while Montepulciano leads the red. The protected area is broader than Offida’s town boundary. Terre di Offida DOC has a separate identity centred on Passerina sparkling and dried-grape wines. Read the complete name and type to distinguish these related but different origins and styles.
