Frascati introduces the Malvasia-led white wines of Rome’s southeastern hills.

A sparkling white expression of the Frascati blend; check sweetness on the bottle.
Frascati DOC shares a vineyard landscape with two separate DOCGs: dry Frascati Superiore and sweet Cannellino di Frascati. Its own range includes still and sparkling whites based on Malvasia Bianca di Candia and/or Malvasia del Lazio. The shared place name therefore does not identify one wine type. Read the full designation and sweetness together.
