About Jasnières

Chenin whites

White

Chenin Blanc.

Apple, citrus and floral notes with lively acidity. Richer or mature bottles can develop quince, honeyed fruit and savoury depth.

Where it grows: Around Lhomme and Ruillé-sur-Loir in the Sarthe.

Jasnières is a white-only appellation on limestone slopes above the Loir. Dry and sweeter bottlings show different faces of Chenin.
