Copertino’s Negroamaro-led reds and rosés, with an earthy, savoury Salento accent.
Negroamaro, Malvasia Nera.
Dark berries, plum and savoury spice with a rounded or firmly structured finish.
Negroamaro.
Red berries, flowers and a dry, gently textured palate.
Copertino DOC centres on Negroamaro-led red and rosato blends. Supporting varieties and ageing shape the style; Riserva is a useful route into more developed reds.
