Preveza offers a quieter wine-country perspective on the Ionian side of Epirus.
Preveza is a geographical guide within the wider Epirus wine landscape. The broader Epirus PGI includes the district, but that does not make Preveza a separate wine appellation. Coastal and inland settings offer different perspectives from the mountain vineyards around Zitsa and Metsovo. Read the bottle’s actual geographical indication, grape and vineyard details to discover its more precise origin.
