Mauzac’s gentle, sweet bubbles from the foothills around Limoux.
Apple, orchard blossom and a softly sweet finish with gentle bubbles.
The ancestral method carries one fermentation into the bottle, leaving sweetness and a light sparkle. This Mauzac-only style is distinct from traditional-method Blanquette and Crémant de Limoux.
