Peralillo offers a broad red-wine palette, from generous Malbec and Carménère to Syrah grown on selected hillside sites.
Plum, berries and peppery spice with a rounded, savoury palate.
Dark berries, flowers and pepper with concentration and firm tannins.
Ripe plum and violet with a full texture and a dry, lingering finish.
Local vineyards such as La Capilla and El Olivar show Peralillo’s mix of gentle terrain and steeper hillside planting. Carménère, Malbec and Syrah provide useful contrasts, with many other red grapes appearing in individual estates. A wine blended from several Colchagua vineyards may include Peralillo fruit without being exclusively from this area. Check the named origin and vineyard rather than the winery address alone.
