About Planargia IGT

Where it grows: Around Bosa, Suni, Modolo and other specified western Sardinian municipalities.

Planargia IGT covers eight defined municipalities and permits whites, reds and rosés. It is separate from Malvasia di Bosa DOC and does not require every wine to follow that denomination’s grape or ageing tradition. The wider origin is an invitation to compare different producers and varieties around the western coastal hills.
