About High Eden

High Eden Riesling

White

Lime, citrus blossom and a tightly drawn, dry finish. Age can soften the edges and add toast-like complexity.

High-country Shiraz

Red

Dark berries and pepper with a fresh, structured frame.

Where it grows: In the higher southern part of Eden Valley, within the Barossa zone.

High Eden is a subregion of Eden Valley, rather than Barossa Valley. Its cooler high sites give a different perspective on South Australian white wine.
