Rosazzo DOCG is a dry white blend, with Friulano at its centre and Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco among its important partners. It is distinct from the broader Friuli Colli Orientali DOC and from sweet Picolit or Ramandolo. Marl-and-sandstone hills and the abbey’s wine history frame the place; the finished blend depends on the producer and vintage.
