Todi explores Grechetto’s white-wine identity alongside Sangiovese and other reds from the surrounding Umbrian hills.
Apple, citrus and gentle herbs with a dry palate and textured finish.
Cherry, plum and savoury detail with fresh acidity and a dry, gently tannic palate.
Todi DOC includes blends and grape-led wines, with Grechetto offering a particularly clear introduction. The same grape can appear in a still dry wine or a separate passito expression, while Sangiovese and Merlot provide red alternatives. Todi’s town, the DOC area and the neighbouring Colli Martani denomination have different scopes. Read the complete wine type and producer’s information rather than assuming every wine carrying the place name follows one blend.
