Steinberg is the registered Nahe individual vineyard associated with Niederhausen.
Citrus and orchard-fruit flavours with fresh acidity; sweetness and texture vary with the individual wine.
Niederhäuser Steinberg lies in Niederhausen and belongs to the Burgweg collective designation. Gut Hermannsberg documents Riesling from this stony vineyard, including a dry Grosses Gewächs. The full Niederhausen name distinguishes it from the separate registered Steinberg in Bad Kreuznach. Its legal registered boundary is independent of the VDP classified footprint.
