Colli Cimini IGT offers white, red and rosé wines, with additional types including white passito and late-harvest expressions. The name follows a defined production area rather than every use of the Cimini landscape. It is separate from nearby DOCs such as Vignanello. Read the grape and wine type to distinguish fresh bottles from more concentrated expressions.
